Dynamics RMS 2.0 - Z read showing all 0.00

Our till went off line at the weekend. We have since fixed the network issue and am able to see the server again now. When we restarted the till it asked if I would like to sync the offline database which I did, and then ran a a Z read....The Z read came out with no details of the sales made whilst the till was offline, though if I look in the Journal I can see each of the sales.

Question

1. Is there a way of getting these sales to appear on a Z read

2. Whilst in Offline mode, I was unable to use the custom menu. is this a feature or is there some way of having the custom menu local

    As a follow up...The Z read issue is resolved, despite being told that they had checked, the batch was blind closed...(note to self, never trust the users)

    Still not sure about the Custom Menu

    Any time you go into Offline mode, a batch is opened that will be Blind Closed when you re-connect to the main database.

    You must then z-out that blind closed in Journal menu option in Manager.

    As far as your Custom menu, I assume you mean the Custom Reports menu.  If you are set up to have all of your reports stored on the Server only, the Custom menu will not work when not connected to the Server.  You _could_ have all reports on all machines, but its a hassle to keep them all up to date.
