I am pretty new to Dynamics 365 CRM, so any help is appreciated. We have not used leads in the past but want to start using them. In testing qualifying a lead to an opportunity, the information in a text area field is getting lost. I assume that is because text fields are not global. The purpose of the text area is for the sales team to add notes about their conversations with the client and what the client is interested in. I really want that info to transfer to the opportunity. Is there a solution?
