Hey Daniel.

I think this field is populated from the data that comes from AzureAD. YOu should query how the "DisplayName" field is populated in either portal.azure.com and/or admin.microsoft.com:

On https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/hybrid/reference-connect-sync-attributes-synchronized#dynamics-crm it's indicated that the "DisplayName" comes from Azure
