I am in the process of posting my first batch (sales order processing) I am receiving an error message: Error no tax schedule or details exist for this ID. I have double and triple checked that the customers are associated to the correct tax schedule, that the tax schedule is set up with the appropriate tax’s.Any hints on where/what else I should checkTIA

I think this could be to do with the tax schedule ID on the shipping address. I'm pretty sure I've seen this before but I dont have GP open at the moment so this is just off the top of my head.

Hi, I've come across this before.

Run a check links against the Sales Tax Master files in Company and try posting again. If you don't know how to do this, let me know. Hope this works.

I got this error to after using the company copy in the professional tools. Checklinks as suggested brought everything back to error free batches.

Hi,

Please go to Tools-Setup-Company-Tax Schedules and select your tax Schedule ID and see whether Selected Tax Detail ID has selected and got ticked.

El error que aparece debajo del documento de ventas en el reporte Lista de Edición dice:

**ERROR: no hay ningún detalle ni plan de impuestos para este id

SOLUCIÓN

Herramientas --> Mantenimiento --> Comprobar vínculos
