In the event log it shows some .net errors when trying to open up the user maintenance or group maintenance or even the access rights.

Logged in as the administrator and when you click on one of those we get a 9........exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience.

It logs a .net runtime 2.0 error event id 5000

EventType clr20r3, P1 9528000.exe, P2 7.0.0.0, P3 472feb3d, P4 solomon.kernel, P5 7.0.0.0, P6 4649b3d9, P7 1b4, P8 0, P9 rml5k4udbma5ni04ciyrwvdhkewfdhcv, P10 NIL.

This happens on only 1 database, we have around 7 or 8 and the others work fine.

I got it figured out, somehow the customization is a problem even for sysadmin.  Had to go to standard level not self and it would allow to work

still crashes if i use self level.

Very odd that it happens on only one database, because that info is stored in the SYSTEM database, so it would not make any difference which company database you are logged into.
