I'm having trouble refreshing metadata for contact entity using KingswaySoft. Refresh Metadata is working for other entities and I have published all customizations before trying to refresh the metadata. Can anyone point out what might be issue.

Can you please clarify if you are receiving an error when you click the Refresh CRM Metadata button? Or you are just not seeing the changes that if you have made?
If the latter is the case, you need to make sure that you are looking at the right instance. There is no reason for the refresh function to not see new metadata if it is properly published.
