Hello there,
so my comapany was using sales and it was great, I edited several tables and columns to suit our needs and I imported first batch of our customers (somewhat around 1000 entries). Now as my trial period was ending, our CEO was on holiday so he wasn´t able to permit paid renewal. So our IT guy suggested to prolong the trial. We did that using Admin console. Well and when the time ran out, sales was still active but my late sales URL was not operational and all the data seems to be gone. Is there a way I can get those data back?

Create a support ticket from the Power platform admin centre. The support representative will guide you more. It will be resolved.

As stated by Abdul, you should open a support request to see if there's any action that can be done. Please be aware that:
- trial environments do NOT have backups
- according to docs.microsoft.com/.../what-if-my-subscription-expires you can either extend or buy M365. If the trial is expired, then shortly after (usually 7 days), data is permanently erased.
