Deleted Trial - What can I do to evaluate Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement again???

Hi!

A few dats ago, I signed up for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan Trial, but unfortunately, I ended up deleting the trial by mistake. I need to evaluate this product so we can move forward in one of our project, but I simply can't! When I try to sign up for the trial again, Microsoft says that "You already have a subscription through work". The product still appear in my O365 Admin's Console Product section, but as a deleted one.

What can I do?? Please help me!

Hi Teresa! I thought that I could evaluate the product again, since I deleted the trial after just 5 days... :(

Anyway, I accessed trials.dynamics.com and it worked.

    Thank you very much!

    Hi Elaine,

You can check the subscription lifecycle here. However if the subscription is deleted:

    State: Deleted

What to expect: If you don't reactivate your subscription while it is in grace or disabled, the subscription is deleted.

Admins and users no longer have access to the services or Office applications that came with the subscription. All customer data—from user data to documents and email—is permanently deleted and is unrecoverable.

At this point, you can't reactivate the subscription. However, as a global or billing admin, you can still access the admin center to manage other subscriptions, or to buy new subscriptions to meet your business needs.

What happens to my data and access when my subscription ends? | Microsoft Docs

anyways you can create a new trial environment on trials.dynamics.com

these environments are managed differently as users are added by accessing trials.dynamics.com and request to join the environment and need approval. They are not managed trough office Portal.

lets us know if that worked.

    thank you!
