Is there a way to generate a set of tasks automatically when a new account is added into the CRM?

Hi James,
Yes! You can do this using an automatic workflow that is run when an account is created. The workflow then creates the tasks you need.

Yes, as Scott reply before, The best way and think the only way its via workflow or dialog, but the most easiest is with WF.
