Dear colleagues,
How can we prevent server side sync from tracking emails under entire Inbox folder of exchange?
We would like to track mails only from the folder mentioned in the folder level tracking rules of the user.
Server Profile, Mailbox rules and Organization are configured according to MS guidelines.

Make sure the mailbox rules for mail say to use the Outlook plugin instead of Server Sync. That should stop automatic syncing of the inbox.
