Missing tracking lines on receiving transfer order

When i post my transfer order with LOT tracking,it ships fine, but on receiving i get error (base qty must be 0). Checking on the item tracking lines for receiving i see they are missing some entries that exist in shipping, what could be the problem. Is this a Microsoft bug? how can this be resolved

    The Source Ref No. is usually the line No. for the Journal/Document Line. The easiest way to see how the fields are lined is to export already reservation entries and check structure.

    Hi, Im trying to create Reservation Entries from Configuration Packages, can I know what to enter in the field "Source Red. No."?

    Hi Steven, It is difficult to replicate the issue because it happens randomly. it happened a few times , but it has been a while now

    Hi, I have not been able to resolve the problem rather than Manually creating the Reservation Entries for receiving on version 14.

    Hi, did anyone resolved the problem? I'm having the same issue where the Item Tracking Line is missing on Transfer Order Receipt.

    Looks like we have the same problem at one customer.

    How did you solve this?

    What about transfer orders, only shipped;  was it needed to (amually) add / modify Reservation Entries to be able to post the receive?

    Hello,

    Wow, I am using a v14 local within my laptop. I tried another example of a transfer Order with several lines and no issue. I am not sure what v14 you are but this Cumulative Update might solve the Transfer Order Item Tracking issue:

    support.microsoft.com/.../cumulative-update-02-for-microsoft-dynamics-365-business-central-spring-2019-update-on-premises-application-build-34444-platform-build-34251-9dee8c96-e51f-8c1c-9123-cf841a66145f

    Again, the above might assist so please see if you are on the latest platform update.

    The customer is running version 14 on premise.

    I can see the Tracking details on Shipment (Line>>Item Tracking Lines>>Shipment) but some of them are missing on (Line>>Item Tracking Lines>>Receipt)

    Hello,

    As Andy noted, this one will require some more detail and a support ticket. What version of BC are you on? Also, when looking at the Posted Transfer Shipment what Lines are missing from the Transfer Receipt side, for Lot Tracking? So if I am on the Transfer Order, the lines when I click on Item Tracking Ship I can see what was Posted and when I click on Item Tracking Receipt should see all the same entries.

    If you can compile this and email back I can test an example. However, I might be able to create the issue and submitting the ticket is the way to go.

    unfortunately i cant replicate it, as far as i know it happens randomly. thank you i will open a support ticket
