Error message on Integration manager

Hi, Guru,

We run GP 11 with Integration manager. Currently two users run IM and try to post records. They got

Error message “Could not update; currently locked.” Two users close GP and IM, and reboot their PCs.

They got the same message when running IM.

I appreciate for any help!

    What about restarting SQL on the server?

    Sometimes this happens when the logging is set to store in the database. Open Integration Manager and open the integration, and then click Integration -> Properties. Click on the logging tab, and change it from database to a file and set the location where both users have full control access.
