When trying to log on to the CRM 2013 Mobile app on my Windows RT device it is not loading with the dashboard interface. It seems stuck on the loading screen with the circle. Has anybody experienced a similar issue? Is it a RT issue?

    I had a similar issue on my iPad. There were a couple of things I did to resolve it, not sure which actually was the fix. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it (this seems to be an issue in the short term). The admin of your crm site needs to setup tablet access as well. Eventually mine would time out saying I didn't have that permission. Depending on your WIN 8 RT device, there are specific hardware requirements that need to be met as well, probably not an issue but worth making sure.

    It might be a compatibility issue. MS CRM 2013 is a new release and users might experience such issues at start. Usually the compatibility issues are resolved within due course of time after new release.
