Hi,
 
Did somebody already succeed in crawling an external source (eg. website) to the knowledge base of CRM Dynamics 365?
 
I'm not getting the expected results and am probably missing something.

    Do you see any details (like crawl failures) in the Insights tab of your Search provider? Can you share those, that might help troubleshooting.
