How to delete one of the account and but before that i want to merge that in a single account.

Have not tried and do not have a working sample however :
what you can do is; register a plugin on pre operation/prevalidation of delete. Find the related record somehow based on some duplicate information in current account and the related one.
finally you perform the merge operation programatically : msdn.microsoft.com/.../hh547408.aspx
Merging two accounts is simple, but you must have a security role that permits it. Here are the steps:
1. navigate to the accounts view
2. select only two accounts you want to merge (put a check mark on them)
3. click the Merge button (just below the navigation)
4. use the radio buttons to choose which fields which or record to keep and click OK
This will deactivate the record you do not want to keep.
Why do you want to delete the merged account? An account record that has been deactivated will not appear in most views.
