Microsoft Dynamics GP (Archived)

extender not showing up

we have the license, it is enabled in System -> Setup -> Registration, but i do not get the Extender menu in GP.  can anyone help me figure out why?

    well apparently, you simply go to add/remove programs and change the features.

    Two things to check:

    1.  Was the code installed?  In the Dynamics.SET file (a text file under your  GP root folder but do NOT change it) look down the top half of the file for Extender

    2.If this is a new install with new keys, your keys may be incorrect.  GP is going through some changes in the way it is handling Extender.  

    3.  (Yes, I said 2, I changed my mind)  Can you see it if you log into the test company (TWO) as SA

    4.  If you are not using the SA user ID, do you have rights to Extender?
