Cannot approve absence registration

Hi, 

We have case in AX regarding absence journal. The status is already TRANSFERRED, but there is no ACTION button (on Human Resource | Inquiries | Absence History) thus his manager cannot approve the absence registration as there is no Approve/Reject button. 

What seems to be the problem on this? Thank you in advance.

    Hi Tata,

    Do you have this issue for all absence journals or just one? Did you check if the workflow message is pending or probably stopped due to an error? You can check this on the Workflow History form.

    Hello Andre,

    Actually I have 2 absence journals issues. And i have tried to search it also in workflow history and zero result.

    Below is the screenshot of the journal:

    For the months of June and July, there are no workflow history and Actions button. But for August and September, it's all good.

    Hi Tata,

    When you select the first or the second journal line, do you see a yellow workflow bar? If so, can you try to open the history from the individual lines?

    Hello Andre,

    That is also the problem, there is no yellow bar for the first 2 journals dated June and July. But as you can see on the screenshot, there is yellow bar and Action button for August and September.

    Hi Tata,

    I do think that the workflow has been configured after data entry of the first journals. Or there is a condition setup on the workflow to define when it will be used. Can you verify this?
