generate a pdf using a button in command bar

i have a requirement to generate pdf of the quote.

Since i am new to dynamics i m not aware of the process.

Can, any one guide me on step by step the process to do it.

Also, where these customization have to be done.

A detailed explanation would be much better

    Hi,

    I would like to suggest to create a Report for Quote and then download this report as pdf from Ribbon button by writing some javascript code.

    You can go for SSRS for report.
