Add Service-based Lines to Opportunity Form

Hi-

On the opportunity form we only have the ability to add "Product-based Lines" to the specific opportunity. We offer both products and services. How can we add "Service-based Lines" to the opportunity form? It appears that service based items can only be added on the, "Opportunity: Field Service Information" form. Thank you!

Hi lakings27,

I don't believe that the service lines are actually 'services' in the regular sense. They seem to be something else just from looking at the fields.

You can still add services to the products line but you just state what type of product type it is in the 'Product' Entity. So like Inventory, Non Inventory & Service.
