Import of Opportunity with its products

Hi,

I am trying to export opportunity from first crm and trying to export it into another crm but the opportunities that are exported from the first crm contains some opportunity products with them.Is there anyway that i can successfully import the opportunity with its products?

In short i want to replicate the opportunity with its relevant opportunity products from one crm to another.

Any kind of help/suggestion will be appreciated

    Hi Hussain,

    Please try exporting and importing opportunity including 'OpportunityId' column(using Same Guid) and then do the same with 'OpportunityProducts' entity(include opportunityId here too). so , it will be able to map with the same Guid.

    Yes, you cam import both the opportunity and opportunity product in one go, but you should also need to make sure the product referred in opportunity product should exists in the target system, if it's not there you can also import product with opportunity, and opportunity product. you can zip all the three files and import it to CRM.

    If you have large amount of opportunity and opportunity product data then you need to create SSIS package to move data from one CRM to another CRM.
