Hi All
i complete the setup for the customer order at MPOS with Offline Mode functionality, and its working fine
i have issue when i am selecting customer MPOS is taking long time approx 8 to 12 Sec, and some time more and due to of this my user is not able to create all SO for the day
may i know what will be the root cause and how can i reduce this time
Hi Mahd,
Did you notice abnormal high memory usage on MPOS? If yes, try to close MPOS and kill DLLHost.exe in Windows task manager, and reopen MPOS see if it helps.
Did you see any long running query or blocked query observed in SQL activity monitor? If yes, please get a developer involved to analyze details, or open a service request with Microsoft Support team.
