While creating the CRM Appointment in Outlook using Outlook form gets automatically saved even did not click Save

Hi,

While creating the CRM Appointment in Outlook using Outlook form gets automatically saved even did not click Save.

One of my other user, when they do the same task, it is not getting automatically saved.

While checking found that, CRM Appointment is getting tracked automatically and can see it has been tagged with Related Records as my User Name where this issue happened.

Other use who did not face this issue does not create in any Related Records.

How to resolve this error. Please help on this.

    To enable this option, you can follow the next steps: support.microsoft.com/.../2862031

    Then, you can share more information to try to help you.

    Other way, is create a support case to have a deeply recommendations and analysis.

    Thanks for the prompt response. Hereby attached the log file after enable the trace and did the same action.

    But while enabling the trace the option being selected as Error. But in my case am not getting the error.

     

    Please look into the log file and revert with possible cause and solution for this. I am struggling this for more than 10 days.

    Hi Imthiyaz ,

    Could you please let me know the version of CRM you are using as well as the CRM Client for Outlook version.

    Try creating a new outlook profile and check if the issue still exists just for testing purpose.
