Hoping for some help. My company is wanting to send internal communication through CRM so that they can track how many people actually opened the email (read receipt has not been successfull). Has any one done this? What is the best option? I'm unable to add users to my marketing list as the option isn't there to choose users as a type.
Any suggestions would be much helpful!

You can use 3rd party tools available. Check for power objects Power Email

We are not at a stage to consider a 3rd party tool. Any way we can do this in MS Dynamics without using marketing list?
Also - I should say we have click dimensions installed. From the look or powerobjects, Click Dimension should be able to do the same?
