Disable D365CE users and remove licenses

Hi All,
I have a client where we need to temporarily disable users in CE. The users will be re-enabled in the first quarter of 2024.
In the CE environment there is no disable user button. I also checked on the Microsoft 365 Admin center and some of the users do not have the D365 Customer Engagement Plan but are still enabled in D365CE.
 
Please assist.

    1.Remove User Access
    2.Create a plan for reactivating the users in the first quarter of 2024. This might involve reassigning security roles and updating the user records to enable them again.

    Hi,

    When a user is deleted from the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, the user's status is set to Disabled in Power Platform. Deleted users remain in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center for 30 days, during which time they can be restored.
    To stop paying for the license, follow the procedures in Delete a user from your organization. Or, you can assign the license to another user. assigned to anyone automatically.
