How to import data into crm for more than 100000 records.

    Just use SSIS within Visual Studio and download the KingswaySoft adapter.

    www.kingswaysoft.com/.../download

    Very simple and easy to use with good documentation. Its free to use if you only want to do a one off import.

    i have to replicate for all the entities if i have more 10,00,000 data its very tedious process to spiting the excel.

    Simple answer / question, can't you split your excel file in 2 pieces ?

    What about the data loader tool ? i don't know the limitation here but maybe it's "less" limite than the simple Import Data functionnality. (www.microsoft.com/.../preview-feature-import-bulk-data-with-the-data-loader.aspx)
