42I have experienced following issue:
Marketing Form Submissions are gone after some days on the Marketing Form tab Submissions
I have found two options in Dynamics to configure deletion of successful Marketing Form Submissions:
- Default configuration
- Flag on the Marketing Form
Additionally I have found a bulk deletion job, which runs every day for successful Marketing Form Submissions which are older than 30 min
But successful Marketing Form Submissions remain in Dynamics for two days and on the third day they are gone.
Do you have any idea why successful Marketing Form Submissions are gone after two days? Is there any other configuration which handles these deletions?
Another issue concerning successful Marketing Form Submissions
I deactivated bulk deletion job for successful Marketing Form Submissions. After a couple of days I do not see anyway Marketing Form Submissions on the Marketing Form tab Submissions BUT via advanced find I can retrieve successful Marketing Form Submissions using the view which is configured for the Marketing Form tab Submissions.
