Error while starting AX 2012 R3 Service

I have installed a fresh instance of AX 2012 R3 on my system. When i try to start the service on my machine i get the following error:

AX_5F00_service_5F00_error.png

The event log for the same is shown below:EventLog_5F00_Error.png

I can't seem to find a solution for this anywhere. Any suggestions??
Another issue we are facing is, which i think is the root problem here. It says insufficient priveleges to start service when installing Data import export framework as shown:

What can i do to correct this?

Thank you Umesh! It worked when i did as you mentioned. But Im still unsure why this error was occuring in the first place. Can you elaborate a little for further clarification! Thank you once again!

I presume you have SQL in place and your AX installer account have access to the SQL.

un-install AOS and DMF, Reboot the server.

user Admin Account to install the AOS first (Make sure Admin Account added as local Admin), use this services account to run the services, once installed, install the AX Client, once done, start the aos by command "net start aos60$01"

The AOS service user being used is NT Authority / Network Service . It has sufficient rights in the SQL instance.

Hi do you have just checked that the ad user of the AOS service are enabled in AD and not locked out. Other that what rights have the AOS service user in the SQL instance where the database is hosted?

Check that you have not ran out of space disk. Also, are you a local admin?
