Not able to connect MSCRM 2011 in Outlook 2007

We are facing strange issue for one of the end user. He is not able to Access CRM 2011 data from outlook 2007 ( able to add organization using wizard ). Please note User is able to access the same using another machine. I am sure issue with his outlook only. But before I go ahead and ask for reinstallation I want to know if any other things need to check with outlook.

Message: "CRM trying to connect".

    If it worked before on that same PC.  Check network setting/Firewall/Antivirus.  I would try uninstall and reinstall the CRM Outlook Client.  If that doesn't work - another option would be to repair Microsoft Office and then reinstall the CRM Outlook Client.

    He is trying to configure for the first time on his machine, however he is able to configure and access data when tried from another machine.

    We tried reinstalling Outlook client several time but no success. We also repaired MS office but did not reinstall the Outlook client.

    When I checked HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\{00062FFF-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}, I found extra folder 9.4 which is for Outlook 2010. since user is using outlook 2007, after deleting folder 9.4 user is now able to connect MSCRM.
