same here, have you found a solution

    Hi ,

    1) Add a reference in your project to docCreator library.

    To do this:

         a. On the Project menu, click Add Reference.

         b. On the COM tab, locate docCreator Library and then click Select.

         c. Click OK in the Add References dialog box to accept your selections.

    2) Add a reference in your project to Microsoft Word.

    To do this:

         a. On the Project menu, click Add Reference.

         b. On the COM tab, locate Microsoft Word and then click Select.

         c. Click OK in the Add References dialog box to accept your selections.

    Hi Madri,

For generating the word template and attaching it to note, you don't need a plugin. There is an inbuilt action in workflow to achieve this-

    crm.fueledbysleep.com/.../how-to-auto-generate-word-templates-using-a-simple-workflow-and-oob-action-in-crm-2016-no-code

    community.dynamics.com/.../auto-generate-word-template-in-dynamics-crm-2016-and-attach-in-email

    community.dynamics.com/.../how-to-auto-generate-word-templates-using-a-simple-workflow-and-oob-action-in-crm-2016-no-code

Once the word document is generated, you need to write some custom code to convert it into a pdf.

There is also a third party paid addon which can be used -

    www.crmsoftwareblog.com/.../microsoft-dynamics-crm-word-templates-create-generate-pdf

    Hope this helps.
