Will not print to screen - Now it says Processes are currently....

"Processes are currently being run that cannot be deleted.  These processes must be run before you exit."  I was trying to print an invoice to screen - I checked the Process Monitor but unable to remove any documents to be printed.  I now have 8 Sales Order Proc: Documents that are to be printed (to screen) and unable to do anything else at this point.  Any ideas would be greatly apprecited.

Many Thanks.

GW

Sorry, no. If printing the invoices works fine now, then you'll never know!

    Best of luck, Ian.

Thank you - any idea as to what caused this in the first place? Many Thanks, - Greg

Hi, firstly wait a while to see will the current processes clear themselves out. If you are convinced nothing is happening, and it is stuck on the same process for a long time, try and close GP. If it won't close normally, then you will have to crash out - kill the process in task manager. This will most likely leave records in the process monitor table SY01300. You will need to clear this table in SQL. You will also need to clear the user from the activity file. Log back in and try and print one of the reports that you can kill in process monitor. If this prits successfully, try another Invoice. Just one and watch it in process monitor.
