I have Created a field in which I am Opening a lookup. Above you can see in the image (Technician)
When creating a work order I want Technician to reflect there when I am entering my asset.
when Entering customer asset. I want to show which technician is assigned to that asset.Thanks in advance.

What you need is populating lookup field of child record(WO) with value from parent record(Asset), you can create a real-time workflow to achieve it.
Go Settings > process.
Test Result:
Note: the Technician field can be filled after saving current work order record.
Or you can create a quick view that include Technician field for Customer Asset, then you can add the quick view form into the form of work order, which can be shown immediately when you populate customer asset lookup field.
