Can you try below:
1. Open the "Commerce Parameters" form, and press the "Initialize" link under the "General" tab. Answer "Yes" to the prompt. This will provide any new Retail seed data.
2. Open the "Initialize Retail Scheduler" form, and run it with "delete existing configuration" set to "Yes".
3. After following the above 2 steps then Navigate to the "Channel Database" form and run a CDX 9999 sync (full sync). This should succeed if everything is properly configured for retail.
If the above steps didn't help to solve the issue then you should run reprovisioning tool, in the latest versions of D365 this tool is embeded or ran automatically, but sometimes we may have to run manually to correct the connection strings.
