Hi,
I am having trouble seeing related products in my suggestions form on the opportunity product line. I have created relationships and published all products. Am I missing something else?

I tested in two of my environments. The suggestions of D365 in the Asia region function normally, but the suggestions of D365 in United States do not display any related products.
Server version of D365 in United States: 9.1.0000.24055.
Server version of D365 in Asia: 9.1.0000.24642, which is higher than D365 in United States.
Can you check the Server version of your D365, is it lower than 9.1.0000.24642?

My server version is 9.1.0000.24940. I hasten to add though that this is a trial Dynamics version.
In my UK based system, the server version is also 9.1.0000.24940 and this let me achieve what I needed.
Weird.
This is an identified and fixed bug whose fix will be deployed in a recent version update.
Your UK based system should already include this fix. However, the trial version may be delayed.
