Tables for Vendor Perfomance in Business Central for Power BI report

Hello,

I'm working on a purchase report in Power BI where I want to visualize vendor performance in regards of "On Time Deliveries/ Late Delivieres" by vendor. I'm having a hard time figuring out which tables in Business Central that is relevant to use for this purpose. My first thought was to compare Posting Date with Promised Date in  Posted Purchase Receipt, but i'm not sure this is the right way to go. Perhaps I should look into Posted Warehouse Receipts instead? We work with a 3PL if that makes any difference.

    I think your first selection is the right one. The posted purchase receipt is a copy of the Purchase Order in affect. The warehouse receipt will give you less context not more. When a warehouse receipt is posted it creates a purchase receipt. Merely a case of determining which dates you can rely on plus you may need to consider lead times. If you have set a lead time in the system and the vendor deliveries before that is it a positive score?

    Thank you for replying. There is no lead time calculations set up in the system.  Is it the Posting Date on the Posted Purchase Receipt that tells me when purchased goods has physically arrived at the warehouse?
