Sequence conditions customization

I'm creating a sequence in Sales Insights and trying to create a conditional step for phone call the only options for conditions are Made and Received. Is there a way to set another condition if the phone call was answered or not? 

Should I not be using sequences? What's the best way to guide sales reps through the sales process?

When you close a Phone Call Activity it shows a Close Phone Call form, is there any place I can customize it, what's the name for it in the back end? Can I add another field to check if the call was answered?

    I have exactly the same issue as this.

    The only "Advanced phone condition" I have is "Made" or "Received", whereas the Video suggests there should be "Call unanswered | Meaningful connect | Not interested" (and these options aren't available).

    Can anyone explain why not? Or how to get them?

    The field you're looking for is Phone Call Column Status Reason, make a nested selection under the column and when you will be closing the phone call activity it will give you second field to specify the details.
