Loyalty card applied to a transaction but nothing in Loyalty Card Transactions submenu

Hi All,
I have configured loyalty programs. The transaction on the POS is being done through a loyalty card. 
I ran P-0001 and the transaction got pulled back in along with the card number.
 
 
However, there are no Loyalty card transactions under the transaction details.
 
Can someone please help?
