Hello,

We installed GP web client and it was successfully. But we have a challenge we could not select the server when logging into MS Dynamics GP 2013 web client.

How can we resolve this issue?

Thank you

Are you able to login GP through web client? If  yes, then

Is this automatically login to GP through web client?

Can you attach the screen shot?

    Hi funmilayo,

How about Desktop GP, are you able to pick the server during login?

please go through the below link(s)

Once you have properly configured then you can view the server name through web client GP

Is your operating system 64-bit? If so, create a new ODBC in 32-bit driver.

To access the 32 bit drivers:

    1. Open the file from below location by double clicking the same.

    C:\Windows\SysWoW64\odbcad32.exe

    2. Now create a 32 bit odbc using odbcad32.exe  and check again.

For your reference, please have a look on the below link.

    Hope this helps!!!

@Soma Thank you for your response. I tried to create an odbc connection for 32bits but I got this error.

What can I do to resolve the error so I can connect.

    Thank you

Have you used window authentication or sa?

Need to create ODBC drive with using sa username and password.

    Hope this helps!!!

Please verify the SQL server has enabled for TCP/IP & Named Pipe and verify the sa password.

Also have a look on the below links.

    Hello everyone,

what we did was to re- install Microsoft dynamics GP and asked it to create the  data source  by entering the server name during installation.

And it created the 32 bit ODBC automatically .

So we were able to login successfully.

    Thank you
