Hi all,

i wanted to know, how and to which entity we can sync NAV Posted Sales Credit Memo to CRM in the Dynamics Connector?

We are on NAV 2013 & CRM Online 2015 7.1

yes, i know this,

but is there an entity in crm to store this nav table in?

In crm there are

- Invoice for NAV Posted Sales Invoice

- Order for NAV Sales Order

But where to put the items from NAV Sales Cr. memo in?

Sales Credit Memo is not standard entity available you need to Custom Entity Mapping , for the credit memo you need to use table Sales Cr. memo Header and page Posted Sales Credit Memo
