For example if i open A.Datum record then Nearby records which are around A.Datum address must be appear as a list.(grid view / like html kind)

although they do not directly satisfy your requirement and I guess they can be base to build solution for your requirement..

Firstly you need to define the criteria for an Account record to be considered a nearby record. Once you have defined this the next step is to mark or retrieve the nearby records and display them on a map or in a list with JavaScript. You can add these addresses as a marker on a Google Map by using the Google Maps JavaScript API.
