For our client, we have suggested two approaches for maintaining benefits in D365 F&O-HR
1. Provide benefit vendor link on ESS for employees where employee click on the link and enrollments/plan selection is done directly at vendor portal.
>> The enrollment information needs to flow back to D365 F&O- HR. Can we do it via DMF to load benefits data from benefit vendor portal to D365 F&O-HR?
2. Benefit plans will be configured in D365 F&O-HR and employees will perform self enrollments and this information need to flow to benefit vendor.
>> How do we achieve this? Any recommended approach?
