Some Activities don t show in the Feed s quick selection

Hi!

I have an issue with some of the acitivites such as Fax or Letter. Both are unfortunately not shown in the quick selection - neither in the overall "+" button nor in the individual activity feeds.

2. Activity Feeds

I did everything according to the descriptions already available and changed the "View" to show all relevant activities. However nothing changes...:(

However it doesn't show up...:(

What do i do wrong? Thank you so much!!!

Hi Leif,

1. Fax or Letter can be in the Qucik create button list, we need to add them into the app designer and check if they enabled Allow quick create.

Go to Advanced Settings > My Apps, open the app in app designer.

Click Entities, select the Fax and Letter. Save and publish.

Open the customizations, click Fax and Letter, check if "Allow quick create" is selected.

2. Activity Feeds

Unfortunately, it is by design.

Fax and Letter do not appear in the plus sign of Timeline.
