Inventory/Purchased, Status & Sold Report

I am looking for a report that will show:

Item Purchased from a vendor (incl date range) + Inventory status (QTY On Hand, QTY Available) + Stock QTY Used, + Transferred Inventory + Sale Data (based on UofM sold).

I have this half done but the other half I am doing manually. If anyone has a better suggestion or solution on how to automate the process, it would be fantastic.

    Hi,

    How are you specifically relating your inventory to a vendor? If you purchase 10 widgets from one vendor and 20 widgets from another, and then sell 2 widgets, are you going through the purchase receipts table, using your valuation method, to figure out which vendor's widgets you sold?

    Hi Leslie,

    What I am trying to accomplish is to know what to purchase based on sales. Since our primary vendor ID is not set up yet, the only way to link item sales data to vendor is from the purchase receipt table.

    In addition, most of our selling items are produced by our company. We only get the materials. Therefore, we are looking for data from the bill of materials, plus inventory status to see what we have in stock.

    In summary, we are combining five tables manually in excel formulas.
