not able to add any member in the marketing list . the '+' option is not coming (16.2)

'+' button flashes for a second and disappears.
When target at contact not able to add  any contact in the marketing list.

and if i am enabling the legacy form rendering on . then '+' icon is coming. but according to ms enable form rendering should be turned off.

    Hi Ravi,

    If you were system administrator,

    then try to clear browser cache or switch to another browser to test.

    Please try the suggestions in Clofly Mao's reply around clearing out the browser cache.

    Reply back if you are still seeing the issue.

    but still i am facing same issue . for bit second '+' icon is appearing and then disappearing . i am not sure whether  this is the ms dynamic 365 2016 issue. in below version its coming .
