After applying update roll-up 7 to CRM, the Outlook search feature no longer returns results unless we enter a wildcard. For example, if I search for First and there are Accounts of Bank First, One First, First Bank and FirstStar, only First Bank and FirstStar are returned. To get all results, I have to type *First. Has anyone else encountered this? Besides uninstalling 7, what have you done to resolve?
