CRM 2011 - Update Roll-up 7 Search

After applying update roll-up 7 to CRM, the Outlook search feature no longer returns results unless we enter a wildcard.  For example, if I search for First and there are Accounts of Bank First, One First, First Bank and FirstStar, only First Bank and FirstStar are returned.  To get all results, I have to type *First.  Has anyone else encountered this?  Besides uninstalling 7, what have you done to resolve?

    I haven't noticed this so far...I will check and let you know what I find...I thought that wild cards were needed before UR 7 as well so let me load some records and see what I find.

    Is this issue is happening in a test vanilla organization as well. If you have not tested this yet can you do this test now and update this thread.
