Customer Insights Journeys segments in "Completed with Warning" state

Is anyone else having an issue with previously 'ready to send' segments being in 'completed with warning' state? This issue means we have to re-create one of our automated journeys. We thought our issue may have been caused by our Customer Insights Data refresh. but some of the segments do not include any conditions for attributes from the customer profile., I've had a call with Microsoft Support, but didn't get an answer as to why this is happening.
