GP2015 SUTA state is incorrect

Hi,

As you can see from my screenshot below, my client has an employee whose state shows up as Co rather than CO. When they discovered it, they saw that the Employee's address listed Co. They corrected this on the Employee Maintenance window. We've checked in all the State and Federal tax windows and on all of the Paycodes for this employee and we do not see Co anywhere - it's all showing correctly as CO.

So where does the SUTA summary pull from?

Hi Linda,

Check the SUTASTAT field in the UPR30300 for this employee. This is where GP is getting the state for the SUTA Summary Report. Once the SUTASTAT is accurate in the UPR30300, your report should generate correctly.
