I have a requirement where I need to set First response by and KPI response In the header of case Form.
Is there any way to do this.

For this you need to add a new field called "First Response by" lookup to user and KPI response fields on header. write a plugin to update the First response by field by checking the condition and ensure not to update afterwards otherwise it will be overridden. same for KPI response by.

You cannot put a timer to the header, though, and you cannot add more than 4 controls unless you are ok with having the header displayed in the compatibility mode
So, another option might be to just put all those fields/controls in the additional tab that you can add just in front of anything else on the case form (although, it will scroll.. so it's not the same as having a header)

simply go on a case record, click on "Form Editor" then double click on the header and finally drag and drop the desired fields.
