I'm working on a report in Dynamics 365 Sales to track the contacts I interacted with last week. I applied a filter for the "Last Week" time period, but the results don’t seem to match my expectations—only a few contacts are shown. When I change the filter to "Last Month," it displays the contacts which were contacted last month also in this month.
Has anyone encountered this issue before or have any suggestions on why the "Last Week" filter might not be working as intended? Are there any settings or configurations I might be overlooking?
What do you mean by interacted? Do you create an activity like a "Task" and complete it every time you interact with any of the contact or track date and time in some field?
If you have a task then may be you can create query like follows. The filter can be based on Due date, Start date or actual start date depending upon how you use it.
