Invoice Rounding in Project Management & Accounting

I have several invoices that aren't adding down correctly (they're off by pennies).  I've tried creating an invoice rounding fee to correct them, but a credit is always auto-posted to zero out what I've done.  How do I correct this issue and keep it from happening on future invoices?

    Hi,

For your project transactions the general rounding rules that you specify in GL apply.

What I cannot get from your notes is the exact problem that you have and why you used a rounding fee for correction purposes.

Can you possibly provide a bit more details and some screenshots that illustrate the issue?

    Many thanks,

    Ludwig

Sure.  If you add this invoice proposal up, you'll see the grand total doesn't equal what the total should be.  And then looking at the fee transactions for the invoice proposal, it shows an auto-posted invoice rounding.

    Hi RebeccaSC,

Did you experience this rounding issue only one time or can you replicate it respectively did you see it several times?

In the latter case, have you already checked the available hotfixes on LCS? I noticed that there are several hotfixes available that seem to address this problem. I would thus suggest that you search there to verify if one of those hotfixes solves your problem.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
