cannot print packing or pick ticket to screen or printer

My client setup a new user.  The new user can enter sales order and print the sales order but can not price picking ticket or packing slip to either the screen or a printer.  So, we had another user try to print the reports and still unable to print the reports.  No other user including sa can print the reports to either the screen or the printer.  I created a new order as the user sa and I can print the reports.  I also tried printing the reports using a different dictionary.  I also tried printing the non modified reports for the sales order created by the new user and still can't print.

The are using gp 2010.  I'm puzzled on this one.

Hi Babu,  Yes I did select reprint previously printed for both Picking Ticket and Packing Slip.  I also tried printing directly from the document.  Thank you for the suggestion.

    Hi,

Are you printing picking ticket and packing slip under Sales->Transactions -Print Sales Documents.  If so did you press reprint previously printed for both Picking Ticket and Packing Slip.
